There are serval ways you can order from Baazwsh:

1. Free Pick-up (by the customer) - This is a pick-up service that is available for customers within Portugal.

To avail of this service:

• Your location can be anywhere in Portugal.
• Prior arrangements regarding the date and time of pickup (from our store Baazwsh) should be made via our website.

2. Standard Shipping - It's a service for our customers who are living anywhere in Portugal & PT Islands (Madeira & Azores).

PORTUGAL

● There is no minimum order for this service.

● If the order value is below 39.99€, a fee of 8.99€ will be applied. 

● Free Delivery applies when your order value is above 39.99€.

PT ISLANDS (MADEIRA & AZORES).

● There is no minimum order for this service, & sadly, we don't offer free deliveries.

● The delivery fee for PT Islands is 29.99€ for 25kgs & 59.99€ for 50kgs.

● If you want to order goods weighing more than 50kgs, please contact us at support@baazwsh.com.

After Placing The Order: Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a tracking number from which you can track the progress of your package. (You will receive it by 16:00 on the same working day or the next).

Delivery Time for Portugal: It usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch

Delivery Time for PT Islands: It usually takes 2-3 weeks after dispatch.

Our Standard Shipment Delivery Partner – We work with nationally available courier services to ensure delivery throughout Portugal.

Depending on the location and availability of Baazwsh drivers, some orders will be executed by us (Baazwsh). You will be contacted prior to that if any such incident occurs.
