Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do we process refunds?

If by any chance you don't receive your package or parcel within the given period or our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package for any reason. You have an option to collect it from the nearest CTT office. If however, you are unable to do so you have to wait until the shipment is sent back & received by us. (It usually takes 2-4 weeks but sometimes it may take longer).

We will issue the refund if 21 days have passed since you place your order even though we haven't received your package.

E.g: If you have placed on 01/01/2021, automatically we will refund you on 22/01/2021.

Wrong Address/False Information or Any Incident! 

If you place your order through our website and fill out the wrong information accidentally or if there is any other issue while placing the order. This can lead to your parcel not being delivered to you at your doorstep. You can always pick it up at the nearest checkpoint of CTT. If you choose not to do so & want a refund. We will be more than happy to do it but you have to wait until the shipment is sent back & received by us.

Baazwsh will not be held responsible if you accidentally typed the address/postcode wrong, and you were unable to inform us to request changes prior to dispatch of your order.  

Note: You will be refunded the full amount once we receive your package from the delivery partner or when the 30 days have passed.
