Far Far Potato Crisp 200g - KRG

KRG Far Far Potato Crisps (200g) are traditional Indian snacks made from potato starch and tinted sago. These colorful, uncooked pellets puff up instantly when deep-fried, resulting in light and crispy treats. They can be enjoyed as standalone snacks or served alongside meals, similar to papadums.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the contents in an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent moisture absorption.

1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to approximately 180°C (350°F).
2. Carefully add a few Far Far pieces into the hot oil.
3. Fry for about 10-15 seconds until they expand and become crispy.
4. Remove them using a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
